To help protect your system and its data, Flat-Rate IT even gives you a number of Micro-Point ProActiv/IT™ services, such as: Monitor/Responder, our proprietary network monitoring and response system; and BackUp/CheckUp, which ensures critical business data remains safely backed up and continually checked (agreement includes 1GB of back-up data storage). We will also loan you equipment if yours breaks down.

Your Flat-Rate IT cost will be based on your particular network configuration, history and likely needs. Micro-Point labor rates, upon which your flat rate will also be based, are among the area's lowest.
