Credit Card Processing
T he Credit Card Processing module integrates GO Software’s PCCharge Payment Server with MAS 90 and MAS 200 products, allowing you to accept credit card payments through Sales Order Processing, as well as the .store and .order e-Business Manager applets. Credit card payments are authorized and processed directly from within the MAS 90 and MAS 200 applications. All transactional information, such as authorization codes, are captured and stored within MAS 90 for historical lookup and reconciliation purposes. StarShip

This module is designed to increase overall effectiveness of field sales personnel while at the same time improving customer service. Your field sales workers download their current client file, along with inventory status information, before leaving the office. They can then inquire into a customer’s account, check stock availability in the warehouse (current as of the Palm OS handheld’s last "sync"), and enter sales orders and quotes while on site with a client. These orders will stay in the Palm OS handheld until uploaded to a desktop computer. Orders or quotes entered in the handheld can be marked with a status of "Hold" to keep them in your Palm OS handheld until you are ready to process them into MAS 90 or MAS 200. |  |
