Her credentials? Karen is a NY State CPA, Sage Business Partner, and Certified Trainer for Sage MAS90/200B and BusinessWorks Accounting Systems.

Michael Florio

Michael specializes in data-driven and e-commerce websites. Over the years, he has built a wide variety of large- and small-scale Internet and intranet applications.

Michael possesses a long-time background in client-side programming using C/C++, and has developed software for many successful businesses.

Don Kaufman

Don brings more than 20 years of marketing communications experience to each Micro-Point project involving communication planning and creative development.

His media specialties include website development, Internet advertising (he’s our certified Google AdWords Professional) and direct marketing.

Florence Klim
Office Manager

Florence has handled all administrative duties, including quotes, purchasing and scheduling, for the past 16 years.  She is your first point of contact for all customer service issues.

Florence is a graduate of the City College of New York, where she majored in sociology and minored in psychology. Her experience ranges from working with emotionally disturbed children, to being a traffic coordinator for an importing and exporting firm, prior to her long-standing position at Micro-Point.

Paul St. Amant

Paul helps clients use technology to expand capabilities and increase productivity -- first by understanding their business and second by tailoring a solution in line with their budget and computer experience.

Paul’s impressive skill set includes business analysis, financial reporting, MS Office development, database development, graphic design, and Web Programming.

Sheldon Taylor
Computer Network Engineer

Sheldon is a multi-faceted IT technician. He has years of experience in designing and deploying Windows networks, installing structured premise cabling, network relocation, and security systems for small- to medium-sized businesses.

Sheldon has taken many IT courses over the years. MSCE 2000 and AMP Premise Cabling are two of the most recent. His combination of training and experience makes his a valued asset for any Micro-Point client.

Dana brings a decade of high-level technical and managerial experience to every Micro-Point client project she is involved in. Dana coordinates Micro-Point service delivery, managing the systems and people that keep client systems functioning properly. She is a primary interface for the Micro-Point.com Help Desk and remains available for the spectrum of technical challenges she may face. Dana survived 9/11 in Tower 2 of the Word Trade Center, earning her stripes in disaster recovery. Everything else is child’s play for her.

An accomplished Systems Administrator and Analyst with over eleven years of proven success in designing and managing small- to large-scale networks, supporting user communities, analyzing business needs and presenting value-added solutions, providing design and web solutions, leading critical tasks, and multitasking in high-pressure environments.

Mike is an experienced, accomplished IT technician with one degree in LAN administration and a second one in media. His skill set spans computer hardware networking and diagnostics, with an in-depth knowledge of Windows XP.
